Title- “Oral & Writing Skills” course in Computer Science Bachelor Degree adapted to European Higher Education Area.
Abstract- The current work presents the design of a subject entitled "Oral & Writing Skills" corresponding to the new Computer Science degree adapted to European Higher Education area recommendations. The subject, which will be put into practice for the first time in the 2008/09 academic year, implies an important change of trends in relation to the development of the spectrum of competencies within the content of the degree. Without doubt, the way the new design will be realized in the long term indicates an adaptation to the Spanish curricular initiatives and recommendations, both European and International.

Title- Interactive services and Accessibility in the Digital Television, an opportunity to reduce the digital gap
Abstract- By having implemented digital terrestrial television (DTT) in Latin American countries and taking into account their ability to develop interactive services, new possibilities have been opened for improved connectivity in rural areas and those with difficult access by using applications that enable ubiquitous communication. In order to transfer the existing knowledge from Spain and Europe, the network "Melisa" have been created aiming to exchange technologies, devices and knowledge to build a better accessibility for people with disabilities to DTT services, developing measures to support and improve the quality of interactive services and accessibility to DTT in the region.
